If you could live the life of your highest bliss what would it look like?

The journey to self discovery

Art exploration programme.

Using art and creative process to undertake a journey of self discovery and inner healing.  The journey is experienced over a period of 8 weeks with a weekly session of 4hrs.

The content of the sessions are structured on the following themes:

week1: Mapping the self in relation to ones life, where we fit in the world and exploring connection to the earth and nature.

week2:  Emotions, feelings and how they impact upon our lives.

week3:  Personal power, boundaries, self esteem and building strength.

 week4:  Loving ourselves, loving others and the challenges that come with Personal relationships.

week5:  Self expression creativity and the courage to truly be ourselves.

week6:  Self talk, thoughts and how they influence our lives.

week7:  Exploring ideas around spirituality and where this fits into our  lives.

week8:  Reflection and celebration of what has evolved throughout the journey.

The purpose of this structure is to tap into the wisdom of the chakras and to take you on a journey to opening up and discovering various dimensions of who you are. 

Presently I am accepting expressions of interest for this course and will advertise when it will be available.

 Gateways Experiential Workshops

Experience, experiment and explore the Gateways to Consciousness Self Realization Cards with me in a workshop programme that is one day for an introductory experience and two days for a more in-depth journey.

It gives me great pleasure to share the cards and to facilitate experiences for others to work with them.

In the workshops I share:

• The concepts and wisdom that are the structuring of how the cards work
• How the cards apply to living life with awareness of life as a series of learning’s that facilitate evolution
• How they were created and the amazing story of how they have come into being
• About how the cards are an incredible tool to be used in the assistance of the current awakening of humanity
• I will teach you how to work with them for yourself and with others to aid in awareness, living with consciousness, connection with your higher self, healing and breakthrough into new experiences and perceptions.

This work is conducted in a light hearted and intuitive space. Having said this it is real work so anything can and does happen. My aim is to provide you with an interesting, enlightening and awakening experience that will significantly assist you along the journey to realizing your true potential and becoming whole. Art for Consciousness Workshops

These workshops are offered in the spirit of using art to deepen and broaden your understanding of yourself. They are magical days of connecting with the feeling self and the higher self to invite expression, creativity, insight, change and healing. These workshops vary in format and I tailor specific programmes for specific groups. My intention in offering them is to share the joy of creativity as a healing tool.

In the workshops I share:

• A deep appreciation for the curative, empowering potential of art making.
• What I have learnt in my experience of using art to awaken my consciousness and for healing my heart and my soul.
• Art exercises to encourage exploration of self via media.
• Movement exercises designed to align you with your own personal rhythm and expression.
• A safe, sacred space where real, honest and deeply felt expression is honoured and cherished.
• A healing journey to exploring how it is to feel through colour and texture and form.

This work is conducted with the intention of creating an insightful opportunity for the participants. The space is held with respect to the beauty of freely expressed creativity. This is sometimes fun and frivolous and at other times quite deep and very real.
